Quinoasia
About the recipe This was an experimental dish turned out to be a great meal for lunch or dinner. This has a taste of sweet and salty but with earthyness.
Servings 4
Ingredients 1 Dried White Fungus
1 cup quinoa
1/4 lbs ground beef
1 Firm tofu
Perparation

Boil quinoa with 2 cups of water for 15 min.

Soak dry white fungus in water for 10 min, then tear them apart.

Cut Tofu in dice size of half inch in each dimension, then quickly boil them to make them firmer.

Use sesame seed oil or any oil, put minced garlic, make it brown.

Add ground beef and stir for a half minute or so, then sprinkle sake.

Add white fungus and tofu, stir for a bit.

Next quinoa dives in the pan

Add Korean BBQ sauce, which is composed of soy sauce, sugar, minced/crushed onion, bonito extract, garlic powder, fresh ginger powder/juice, sesame seed. Veri Veri Teriyaki is a good one.

Don't add too much sauce, it will be too sweet. Maybe 5 spoonful.

Stir it well for 2-3 minutes.

Chow time!!

Notes It maybe good to add red/green pepper, flash fried eggplant, sundried tomato.

Experiment!!
