A unique and simple way to prepare black beans. A pinch of cinnamon give the beans an delicious sweetness.

Ingredients
1 Can black beans 1-2 cloves minced garlic 1/4 cup chopped onions 1 Tbs ground cumin pinch cinnamon pinch salt
Perparation
In a medium saucepan saute the onions in oil or butter until they clear and soft, then add the garlic and saute for another few minutes. Add the can of black beans (drained or not), cumin, cinnamon and salt until the beans are hot.
