Split-Pea Buckwheat Pilaf

Ingredients dash chile powder
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup Buckwheat Groats
3 dried non-sulfured apricots
1/2 cup Yellow Split Peas
Perparation

Add 2 cups water and split peas to saucepan, bring to boil

boil peas only for 15 minutes

Add buckwheat groats, boil for another 10 minutes

While boiling, add curry powder, coriander seeds and chile powde.

boil until split peas are soft, but not mush, adding water when neccessary.
