Description
On the last day we reluctantly broke camp,
and set forth on another beatiful day of high mountain hiking
back to the cars at the Cunningham Creek trailhead.
From camp, we started out towards the northeast.
Quickly the trail disappeared in the high meadows,
but the way was clearly marked with wooden poles.
The trail went between the two mail Highland Mary Lakes,
and quickly started heading down.
The area around the Highland Mary Lakes was georgeous,
and all of the Cunningham Creek drainage was beatiful with nearly
a continuous series of waterfalls.
I would love to come back here and do some photography.
